Shipping Policy
Shipping to all U.S. states will be a standard 4.99 and outside the U.S. it will be 12.99
Refund Policy
Refunds will be available before the project is finished to a certain degree, after enough progress is made only partial refunds will be available as each piece is made custom for each client
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations will be available before the sculpting is finished, returns aren't accepted unless under special circumstances, and exchanges won't normally be possible either
